The mission of XAC Properties, LLP is to provide clean well maintained properties and services for our tenants at an exceptional value.
In the late fall of 2008 we, John M. Williams and Gail Hunter, had situations arise that left us each with a house we could not occupy and a housing market in a steep decline. After several discussions about these properties we decided our best option was turn them into rental properties. This decision led to many discussions ranging from profitability to standards and values. We determined that each of us processed certain skills that would complement each other in the developing of a partnership. Our long term plans includes adding a minimum of one additional rental unit per year over the next five years.

Working as an Accountant, Business Manager, and Supervisor I have acquired a comprehensive understanding of all phases of accounting and business management in both for profit and non-profit operations. I am detail oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities efficiently. I possess the ability to creatively solve problems and develop new processes and strategies for improvement of operations.
